Can I add gift wrap or a gift message?
- Many of our items have the option to add gift wrap and/or a gift message during check out. However, due to limitations with our production partners, some items will not have this option available.
- Please note that items which already come in gift boxes or other gift packaging will not have the "gift wrap" option available.
Do you accept returns?
- Absolutely! We have a pretty straightforward return policy which you can view here.
When will I receive my order?
- Many of our items are custom printed on demand just for you, so you can expect your order to ship out in about 2 to 5 business days with a range of delivery times based on where you are in the world. Personalized items may take longer to process. We can not guarantee shipping or delivery times. You can see more on shipping here.
What is a Production Partner?
- A Production Partner is someone we use to help print and ship some of our items. Because we like to offer a wide range of great products, but don't have the warehouse space that larger shops have, we use a Production Partner to help take the load off while still offering our original designs and the products you know and love. Use of a Production Partner will always be noted in that item's description.
